When not sleeping, working, or LPing Shining Force II, I've been moonlighting with Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions. I got inspiration to do a custom Archer SCC, the custom part allowing me to learn non-Archer abilities in random battles and use them on my all-generic Archer team. It's especially necessary in case I accidentally run into someone using Archer's Bane, since that would be the end of me. Otherwise, it's fun to plink things from afar with Archers, and I find they have no real problems stayin' alive. I'm highly enjoying myself with this variation.

I was playing Legend of Cao Cao just now. I had let Guo Jia die, because doing so gets you an item (Book of Sorcery, lets you use the tactics (magic) of adjacent units), and I got to the Battle of Chi Bi.

- Mario's Keytastrophe ( R. I. P. ) - Again. :O
- Prototype - This game is freking awesome, I like it. Since I don't often play with new games, this is the best for me now. Raping people with giant claws...epic.

Star Ocean: The Last Hero (or whatever it's called on the 360). Not bad; combat seems needlessly complex, but it's not bad. Oh, and camera angles really kinda suck. Shoddily animated cutscenes, too. Still, I'll keep playing it to see where it goes.

Right now, I'm playing Punch Out Wii. Beneath that is Star Ocean 3, then Beyond Good & Evil. After that is a long stack of things I just don't have finished -- Madworld, RE4, and Avalon Code are near the top of that list. This is in between long rounds of Mario Kart Wii with my friends and pacifying another person's urge to play Saint's Row 2 in Co-op mode via 360 LAN.

I don't, you know, finish games.

I'm currently playing Knights in the Nightmare on my DS, thanks to the power of the almighty Acekard Best way I can describe this game is that it's basically the bastard child of Disgaea, Fire Emblem and Touhou. You control the wisp that commands your characters with the stylus, and you have to keep track of loads of bullets, items and special attacks while simultaneously keeping track of the timer and the kill count so you don't end the battle too quickly and end up with key items Lost Forever. In fact, a whole lot of things are Lost Forever: Character deaths are permanent (and fairly common, due to lol 10.00 VIT units), as are characters themselves if you forgot to find the key item that makes them join. Right now I'm currently at Scene #11, getting my ass kicked by the second boss. Who would have thought a giant laser would be so hard to dodge? ____________________ board2 - Jul - OC ReMix
