Mowing in itself isn't that bad. Mowing my yard is terrible. Or rather, it's made terrible by that huge bank in the front that's only mowable with a push mower. It's manageble, but not fun by any means.

The only ting I hate about dust is what it does to computers...And electronics in general. I hate messing around with the innards of computers but that god damn dust, man...

My dads pet projects that he guilts me into participating in: mulching the yard, trimming the bushes, some construction thing-a-midgig, cleaning the gutters, getting the rocks out of the garden dirt, hauling away branches and other debris to the dump. I really hate the de-rocking job, nothing more pointless than sifting through dirt to find chunks of purple mountain majesty.

Cleaning the entire apartment...which isn't that bad since there's music and movies in involved, but still.  My back is already starting to hurt and I haven't even eaten yet. I woke up and started to clean. Yay for incoming company, huh?

Feel lucky you didn't have to wake up early to clean up dog crap so someone could come and wash the house. Especially with all these bloody trees around, it becomes difficult to differentiate droppings from...Droppings.
Keep in mind "early" for me is like 10am BUT STILL

I don't really hate ANY of the chores I do. I certainly don't LIKE them, but I don't really care. Put in some music while doing them, and they'll be done before you know it.
I only really have to do 2 chores, though. Take out the trash, and take out the dog. But oh well. |
