Normal it is. It might be best anyways, I want to at least know the game and make mistakes rather than chunk my controller at the wall if I get angry at this.

I bought this game at gamestop *Rolls eyes* and they really do love to comment on reviews about this game. "Are you sure"? "Cause this game had some bad reviews, and it's not all PS3 flashy".

I like seeing composite items that boosts a stat by more than what my chars have on any stat (i.e: Evil Eye (INT +50) or Crescent Moon Stone (AGI + 50))

If I had one for STR, it'd go straight on my Railgun.

Just wait til you see some of the ones from later on.

The amount they boost a weapon is insane. Helps that you get some of these in titles that carry over.

And they were not kidding about the grinding in this game. Good thing R2 speeds things up a little. Heh.

Also, I downloaded the packs, but I am not using them quite yet. Right now I just want to go on without them.

The grind at the very beginning will probably get many. Once you start overkilling and get some items to synth with and composite with, you'll dig yourself out of that hole.

I think the only time past that when I was eating it was towards the very end and that was because I wasn't overkilling enough and I didn't have all the synth books. In fact, I still lack some because some of them require you to defeat a set amount of monsters, claim a title and THEN you get it.

That's probably one of the only negatives I can think of. Bit of a pain but at least it gives something of a challenge when trying to get the best items in the game. About what you'd expect to go through with Disgaea, really, just in a different fashion.

God dammit...failed again.

Beat Hard mode but I failed to find all the things necessary for true end. I'm thinking I missed at least two events and some of them are especially time-sensitive (meaning if you don't get it when they tell you to, considering yourself fucked for the rest of the game).

Grabbed another Silver and also a Gold trophy this go round.

Hopefully, I get a LOT of things from the HARD to HARD port on this now THIRD run-through of the game. I will get this ending if it's the death of me.

I just got Felecia to join my party. Her voice actor is hot.

Meanwhile, I saved up a bunch of TP and traded it in for a Goldfinger for Morrigan so she can at least fight on the field

I just grinded all day today.

E- Also, I have a shitload of bonus points to spend (160+ for each character). But I don't really want to spend it quite yet. :3

Do like I did...don't use it at all on your first run.

Seriously...your second run on hard mode should give you around 3000 or so SP to deal with. You can kill that Pink Dragon early.
