My last day of school was today. Normally I would be celebrating but I still have 7 long weeks of work to go . The upside is that there isn't any studying or homework for work so hopefully it isn't too bad .

It's good to hear that you're almost done as well, hopefully you don't have a big summer job that's going to consume most of your time .

What's funny, is that it doesn't feel like summer to me, like it has in the past. Even when I was working at GS, it felt like summer break b/c of all the brats kids in the store. But I think within the next two weeks, it will feel like summer, maybe just for a little bit. My nephews are coming down for their summer break and we've got a few things planned for them.

Well, at least I get two days off in the next two weeks (the next two Wednesdays), and I have vacation time I've yet to take, so... it's not so bad.

I figure the longer I stay in school, the more I'll be able to cherish vacations.

Except I take summer classes, so I'm not technically free until the end of July.

Yeah, except in the position I'm in I can only take one or two classes a semester, and I have to work on top of that.

I expect to be quite bitter in the future. :|

Lemme tell you, Calculus III actually isn't that bad if you take it over the summer. You certainly learn more than taking it on a semester... particularly because all the useless word problems are taken out of the course.

Of course, this also means I've slashed my summer in half. I'm done on the 3rd, so eh

I went to summer school once. It was before my 6th grade year. I guess my parents wanted me to see how middle school was like before I actually started the year.
