Cold sucks ass. Hot is fine, as long as there's no humidity.

But, being in Ohio, we get both freezing cold and fucking humid hot. Oh well.

Cold. Easier to get rid of, really... though if I can't get rid of either one I'd probably do better in hot.

Plus, here, we get the breeze/wind from the ocean, so when it is hot, it's not that bad. But, if a hurricane hits and there's no power for days, maybe weeks, and it's hot....that blows. And it's not like I can get to the beach because the cops will have it blocked off until it's cleaned up.

I think I'm actually starting to get used to the cold.

My problem is not so much going outside in the heat, rather sleeping and being uncomfortable if something like the A/C would fail as mentioned in the first post.

I've had my heater fail on the coldest day last winter, I lived and slept fine just by piling up blankets and clothes on myself. I don't think I could take my A/C failing though.

Jeez, not being Spontaneous Madness is gonna take some getting used to...
----------------------------
Considering right now I am without AC, with no rain (yesterday it did rain, a few seconds, then all the water dissapeared as quickly), and blaaarggh

I think I can't really make a fair judgement.

And don't get me started on when the neighbors start cooking whatever and guess through which window does all the heat and stuff go through.

And then there's winter where the normal temperature for a house is 30ºC for whatever reason.

My dad's a/c just went out on him and his mother last night. Thankfully it was only in the 80's. A repair man should be out there today to fix it. I hope he does. The heat isn't good for my grandmother I would assume.

I would have them stay with me, but they're two hours away.

Ugh.

It's so hot my Wii is overheating with the fan set to max behind it.

It's usually always 70 in the apartment. Sometimes I'll turn it off and I won't mess with it until it gets stuffy in here.

I prefer a much comfy-ier (word?) 60. 70 is nice outdoor weather for the summer though. 80 tops.

I could prolly stand to live a little further north. NC has a decent climate, but it still tends to have humid summers

60 is too cold for being inside. Plus, it would cost more money to keep it that cold.

Well it usually is somewhat cooler up here than in Florida, in any case.

I once went out in -11 degrees Celsius, wearing a sweatshirt, a winter coat, fuzzy black sweatpants, and socks and shoes for an hour. I didn't even notice I had frostbite.

Cold for me.

I live in a cold climate.

It's horrid from December to March. I survive.

And yet... I embrace summer. I adore the humidity, I don't complain about the scorching heat... it's glorious.

I know what to expect from winter but I still bitch about it at every opportunity during those months.
