[15:51] <@darthbobby> actually, I don't
[15:51] <@darthbobby> but it's about all I have
[15:51] <@darthbobby> so fried bologna it is
[15:51] <@PY> XD
[15:57] <@darthbobby> =[
[15:57] <@darthbobby> just =[
[15:57] <@darthbobby> I dont even care enough to give it a >:|
[15:58] <@PY> :(
[16:10] <@darthbobby> god fucking dammit >:|
[16:11] <@PY> ;_
[16:11] <@darthbobby> No bread.
[16:11] <@darthbobby> Burnt bologna
[16:11] <@darthbobby> Turns out cooking spray as at least somewhat flammable
[16:12] <@PY> ...
[16:12] <@PY> :(
[16:12] <@darthbobby> I st the plate down on the stove-eye, that I forgot to turn off
[16:12] <@darthbobby> Oh, and I found a thumbtack
[16:12] <@darthbobby> what the fuck was a thumbtack doing in the kitchen floor
[16:13] <@PY> It's a trap!
[16:13] <@darthbobby> my foot is bleeding
[16:14] <@darthbobby> i have 2 burnt slices of bologna with a piece of cheese sandwhiched between them =/
[16:14] <@PY> :<
[16:14] <@PY> poor db
[16:14] <@darthbobby> and fuck
[16:14] * @PY hugs
[16:14] <@darthbobby> I forgot to fix a drink
[16:14] <@PY> :<
[16:15] <@darthbobby> I wonder if my dog will eat this...
[16:16] <@MenTaLguY> thumbtacks are not as bad as needles
[16:16] <@PY> You think?
[16:16] <@darthbobby> agreed
[16:16] <@PY> needles don't stick up out of the ground!
[16:16] <@MenTaLguY> socked feet + shag carpet + a needle someone had dropped remains one of my more memorable childhood experiences
[16:16] <@darthbobby> wasnt a thumbtack exactly
[16:16] <@PY> >_<
[16:16] <@MenTaLguY> the needle went about 3/4 of the way in and I had to pull it out
[16:17] <@darthbobby> more like a furniture foot tacked on with a mini nail
[16:17] <@PY> owowowow
[16:17] <@MenTaLguY> that's quite a bit worse than a thumbtack actually
[16:20] <@darthbobby> Well, my decent day just turned into trash
[16:20] * @darthbobby noms his burnt bologna

Someone needs a hug.
I would say 'it could always be worse' but I think you need to do some grocery shopping...and make sure that you don't have an infection after something like that.

It has stopped bleeding now, so I'm gonna peroxide the hell out of it and then put some Neosporin on it. Hopefully I got the kind with pain relief. Stings pretty bad =[

 | I have a few scars because I wasn't able to treat them soon enough. It's not my fault that i don;t carry Neosporin everywhere I go (well actually it is ).
So make sure you treat your thumbtack wound, it reminds me of the time I got a geometry set compass needle through the front of my leg .

Not nearly as bad as hedgehog quills. Oh my fuck, my roommate's hedgehog sheds on the floor sometimes, and SOMEHOW one got in to my room. I was kneeling down to pick something up, and in to my knee it goes!!! Razor sharp fun at its finest. Add blood for dramatic effect. Removing the thin piece of ouchshit is just a bonus to the over-all experience, of course.
In other words, sorry your foot got jacked up and your bologna sucks shit. |

As if it wasn't enough this thread's ad had needles and ugh.
Combine that with the entire thread and

Looking back, this part is actually funny. I remember thinking it was just a sharp toy (I live in a house with two kids, aged 6 and 7), so I lifted my foot and started to shake it around trying to get the 'toy' to fall off. When I realized what it was, I pulled it out. I think that was the least painful part, actually.

| Me PM | Ouch :/
I had a hedgehog once.. I think the worst that ever happened to me was accidentally hitting it's glass enclosure with my knee at night and slicing my knee open (I also totalled the enclosure, but at least the hedgehog wasn't hurt)

I didn't know a hedgehog was a common pet. I saw one at a petting zoo once (yes, I know, I thought the same thing), but that's it.

Fried bologna?
I'm gonna have to try that with my regular peanut butter and toast some time.

You should try a peanut butter hotdog sometime too. It's good. I promise.

Peanut butter + meat = in my book.
I'm more surprised that people have hedgehogs as pets. There's a hazard for you.

He got it as a Christmas gift from his then-girlfriend. I'd never actually seen one of the little critters in person until then, but its kinda cool I guess. Puffs up all prickly every time I go near it though, I don't think its used to me still (despite me feeding it a great deal of times) That or it senses my uneasiness |
