I hated when I was younger and I had to be in bed at 9pm. I could fall asleep and I would either play a game or listen to music.

I can understand that you should go to bed if you have to wake up early, but if you're not tired.....

If I need to fall asleep, I would just lay in bed watching whatever I have recorded in the bedroom. Which is normally ATHF, Family Guy and Doctor Who.

I actually find it easier to fall asleep while watching TV then if I'm doing nothing. I guess that late night TV is less entertaining then my imagination .

I sleep better in the light.

Maybe to television, too, but my room's set up so that I can't sleep and see the television. :|
