Well, it's soft-serve, so I usually eat it before it melts enough to drip anyway. My ice-cream eating technique is amazing as it is. ____________________ Jeez, not being Spontaneous Madness is gonna take some getting used to...

We had to throw out a whole bunch of (melted) ice cream not too long ago when our freezer door was some how left open overnight

Coming from a job at an ice cream store in which I make the ice cream in the store with nothing but cream and the flavor ingredient (ie cocoa powder for chocolate or strawberries for strawberry), I would rather have good, pure ice cream that melts rather than some altered stuff that defies nature by not melting for an hour.

I've been ruined by working at this place, it's too natural and delicious.

I prefer to eat my ice cream half melted, actually. Although, we are talking about soft serve, which is at a decent consistency for my preference. I hardly eat soft serve as it is, but I can see how that kind of thing would be handy for children and such. Hell, that may even be what they were going for. Maybe that article that I was too ~~lazy~~ busy to read said something about that.

Melted ice cream is yummy!
