Yea no kidding...I guarantee you'll lose more weight playing something I made for SM more than you will 'rotating your hips'. In the expert game, you're going to be a doing a lot of turning and maybe even spinning as it is. I guarantee hips will be the least of your concern. Waist line would be way more hit if you can keep up (and, honestly, that's what probably matters most anyways when it comes down to it).

From what I read in that article I can't see this being very exciting at all. Frantically moving my feet is much more fun the moving my hips like I'm using a hula hoop .
