Now the hard part is this: should I wait to get this game when it comes out or go ahead for L4D1? Both sides of the equation have an advantage, but what should I do: Kill zombies now or kill zombies later with a chainsaw?

They reuse sounds in EVERYTHING since Half-Life. Hell a lot of the sounds in TF2 are HL1 sounds.

Also released a year after the first? That's a bit soon, but I guess if they beef this up I'll enjoy it.

I don't think Valve could have done it another way. This kind of expansion is a lot of work to do for no profit, and people'd be bitching about having to pay for Valve's DLC.

Considering these are the same people who FLIPPED the FUCK OUT about the Spy update in TF2, this just majorly cracks me up. I'm still looking forward to L4D2, if anything because it has too many pros. Level layout that changes with each runthrough? New weapons? A witch that roams in the daylight in order to piss you off majorly? Besides, it's more L4D in new settings. Those Final Fantasy dorks don't complain how the protagonists are different in each FF game, so why's this such a huge deal? Valve fanboys are stupid.
