Hopefully it's not too crowded and I'm able to find Mickey. I think it's still early enough in the summer that most kids are still in school, so hopefully it's not packed. But it'll be worthwhile either way, I'm going for free.

How do you get to go for free? I thought they let people go for free if it is their b-day. So, you must have connections or something?

My girlfriend's best friend works there and can get us in whenever we want. Nice connection indeed.

It was fun. Not too crowded because everyone is still in school! I got to go on just about everything. Didn't see Mickey though... I think he took the day off or something.

I love theme parks! We have 3 that I would call "local" and I've been to them all multiple times. There's Disneyland, which is a staple for pretty much every child who grows up as close to it as I did; Knott's Berry Farm, which is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and is totally awesome because it has way more rollercoasters to go on; and Six Flags Magic Mountain, which has really fucking cool rollercoasters that make it totally worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to get there. I've been twice and will definitely be going a third time this summer.

Hiryuu, we'll have to corner him one day when he least expects to see me or my awesome moves. He can't escape me!

As for theme parks, it's a rarity, but I've been.

Probably the most memorable is when I had a girlfriend (gasp) with me at the time and went to Six Flags, St. Louis. I must've been right around 16 or so at the time but they were debuting the Mr. Freeze ride there and, of course, I wanted to get on it.

Course, the misses wasn't too keen on that but she went anyways.

Needless to say, when it shot out at 70MPH, she had her eyes closed.

Gracious she did that because I sneezed halfway through the first part of the ride. That was an interesting experience back with a snotwad going reverse in a loop-de-loop at high speed. She never caught me.

I've been fishing enough. A few weeks back even.

It's nothing great unless you're a nature type. I was more bored with that than being holed up in a room in front of a comp, honestly. At least with the comp the scenery tends to change far faster than the other.

And yea, I caught stuff...but it was just black bass and one pickerel last I went...and they weren't that big. Just using small crankbait on a 6 lb. line, really.

I went fishing once a long time ago, but never caught anything, and didn't have much fun. I'd rather look at fish in the water than catch them.

I went fishing out on a huge lake with a friend and his grandfather a few years ago. After about two hours we hadn't caught anything so my friend's grandfather started throwing coins into the lake because he said that it "entices" the fish. About five minutes after he started doing that we caught a fairly large fish (not sure what kind it was though)
