Before seeing the movie, I was so sure they were going to have a reference to but completely missed it when I watched. It was only later that my brother mentioned I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for it if I see it again.

Saw the movie and it was very good. I was never a fan of the whole Trek universe. I never bothered to watch any of the other movies nor have I seen an episode of any tv series. However this movie easily entertained me and didn't lose me plotwise.

I wasn't really into Star Trek, but I knew about a lot of quotes and such from the show, and I have to say...

One of the best movies I have ever seen.

I finally went to see Star Trek last night and I have to say that I really liked it. Since I haven't seen any of the older Star Trek films I wasn't really sure what to expect although I have to say that I was really happy with what I saw ").
