Bah, my back's too twisted to excercise.

It basically hurts for many different movements, especially walking. I'm basically just waiting for the surgery, which has been postponed and delayed and gah.

I have a punching bag and a set of weights right beside my bedroom here. Given that fact, I do some stuff, but it's hard to be motivated given that I'm 6'4" 160 and feel no need for a lot of exercise.

You COULD be 6'4" and weigh 200, full of muscle.

My dad is 5'8" and 205, without a stitch of fat on him.

Living in a bad neighborhood, in a city where it gets over 110F on occasion, and trying to do any sort of exercise is suicidal.

I occassionally do sit-ups and push-ups and the like, and when I'm not having a vacation, I usually also walk around a lot. And I try not to eat to much of the unhealthy stuff. I have pretty much stopped using salt entirely.

I have been somewhat loosely thinking that I should buy a pair of weights to do some lifting. It might be good to get some more muscle, and to release stress. But I have never really gotten around to it. Maybe I should do it when I get back from this "vacation".
