Nitrous Oxide did shit to me.

Whatever it was that they injected into my arm when I got all four of my wisdom teeth out when I was sixteen fucked me up something awful. At least I can kinda remember what I'd be if I ever got drunk. It's not a pretty sight.

My doctor told me to switch from and ice pack to a hot pack after a day or so. The heat felt good.

Warmth indeed feels good. I found early on I also couldn't drink water unless it was heated up very slightly. Room temperature was too cold, I had to aim for "blood temperature".

Swelling's pretty much gone down now.
