Many thanks to FirePhoenix for the code. After tweaking around with it I came up with this! I was going to use This image as my background. But it ended up right next to the layout. So for now, this works.

Look-wise it's good for generic. Layout-wise it's a little overdone but if you decide to do something with it at least you have the tags for some of your more basic functions lined out. You can get away with removing a few of them for clarity.
Honestly, most of that could be reduced down quite a bit if you're going for piss-generic but I'll just say 'hay workz lulz'.

I have not really messed around a bit, but I will tomorrow. I want to try a thing or two so I can learn how these work a little more (Not really, just like toying around with code). So if I can get that image to work in the background without it interrupting the font colors and whatnot, I will be set.
It is kinda 'meh', but it looks a lot better than not having one.

If you want to use that background, put this: background: url(http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n120/NagisG/Nagisbackground.jpg) in those empty quotes on the style attribute in the first table tag. Since the inside table cell has its background set to black, it won't interfere with your text. However, if you want to be able slightly see the background on the inner cell, you should use a very slightly transparent png, rather than CSS transparency, as that will also make make the text transparent.
That said, I really wouldn't suggest using that particular image. Anything over 200KB is pushing it for a layout image, and the pattern on the one would make it difficult to compress to a reasonable size.

From what I understand, it uses a similar code to FP's and my layouts, which are designed to have an image on the right.

So I have no clue on how to get my signature to be where it is supposed to be. I tried almost everything but any help would be appreciated. I will tweak around with it some more to see what I can do.

Oh god, I hated getting those.
I've never used an actual Amiga, but I've emulated them. Had TONS of trouble with it in 2005... saw that quite often.
Not a bad generic layout, and I like the resemblance to the Guru Meditation.

Just add <br> to the beginning of the signature section of your layout, and put the text right after that.
