Sweden has definitely been a consideration of mine. In fact, it's my "backup" so to speak, if I finally get to Japan and decide I don't want to live there.

Also, yes, DMCA. The notice said something about it being a crack or illegal serials. All it does is recover the decryption keys from movies you're viewing (meaning you have to have the license to view them already).
