Eh, you aren't 100% in the wrong there... they didn't handle EVERY version.

All the versions really worth playing were handled by Factor 5, though. (Amiga, Atari ST, SNES, Genesis) Not to say the 8-bit versions (handled solely by Rainbow Arts, iirc, on the C64... and then Probe, Accolade, and Enigma Variations) weren't fun, but... F5 just put a polish on the 16-bit versions that's hard to match.
