Otherwise just something like enter or shift. Never space, though.
If I am feeling particularly lazy I hit whatever letter.

Typically, I snicker and turn the nearest person to ask, "Which one is the 'any key'?" and let him or her do it for me.
...Seriously, I usually just hit enter. If I were to hit anything else, though, it would probably be the space bar. |

It usually depends on what keys my fingers are on at the time.
Despite that, it's usually the enter or space keys that I press. |

| Generally space or enter, but I'll sometimes just palm my keyboard. I'll occasionally do this even when looking to press a specific key if I'm feeling extra lazy; like fullscreening mplayer with F or something. It doesn't matter what other commands I issue, really. :p |

What ever key my finger currently is on. And if my hands aren't on the keyboard then I give the enter key a b-movie "hacker style" keypress.
You know the over dramatic kind, there's something very special about those.
