I'm hoping it's not going to be a disappointment again but after last year, it's best to go in expecting the worst so if it does turn out that way I won't be surprised.

Yeah, I'm not terribly excited, just because neither the Microsoft nor Sony stuff applies to me (no PSP, 360, or PS3) and I don't see Nintendo bringing in anything awesome.

I know PS3 is working on a motion-sense controller. From the diagram I saw, it looked like a knockoff of the EyeToy from the PS2 days.

I'm slightly anxious to see if the PS3's going to get anything good, myself.

I heard something, somewhere, about some limitations for Linux being removed in a future firmware update... it'd be nice if such things allowed things like N64 emulation

Getting full control of the PS3 would be sweet for its speed and reliability. As it stands, one of the main cores that supplies most of its speed is locked out.

E3 was doing fine until it became a closed party. That really hurt the overall feel of the event and I don't think we'll have an E3 5 years down the road, at least in its present form.

That being said, I think it'll be an improvement over last year; but that might not mean much. Might just mean there's one extra title I'm interested in.
