Logical fallacy.

Three nos in a row = no. Hence, the first no cancels out the second two, thus saying "I am not not not going to vote" which means "I am not going to not-not vote", with not-not meaning that I would actually vote, hence "I am not going to vote."

Furthermore, my statement is "No, I am not going to pick a vote in this poll; thus, I evade voting in it entirely, thus, I do not vote in this poll."

Logic is a tricky beast.
