VGFreak877 - Hmm, while I'm not 100% sure, I certainly have a few guesses on who ya might be. Would that AIM screenname happen to start with a 'V'. That's just my first guess.

Hmmm, well... I don't have any desire to go to CCS for the moment. Seems that the style kind of came and went in a period of 5-6 years? I'd much like to either re-create my old layout or copy it exactly. Problem is, I forgot some of my HTML knowledge again. I know that the layout was basically a three-row, one column table. The table had an orange-ish color to it and the background was self-absorbed (i.e. full of Waddle Dees). Probably gonna have to do some HTML research this weekend...

Yeah, my sign on starts with a "vespy" actually. I've been around since Oct 2003, so my name on ABs have not changed much.

I'd assume you've kept your game up on Puyo then.

Last I checked you could pummel my ass into oblivion...and I'm not much better than I was anyways mostly since I play casual (although maybe on the higher up).

That and I've never really taken the time to study methods or whatever the #-# blah blah is for any game set in terms of how you stack.

The only way I ever managed to beat him was by getting a bunch of completely accidental all-clears, and even then.

VGFreak877 - Yeah, I thought so. Good to see you again, I think I still have you on my AIM list, as well as a lot of others.

Hiryuu - Yeah Hiryuu, I've been keeping my game at a decent level. I can't say I'm up to my prime at the moment, somewhat rusty in the speed input-chain output category, but I'm still fairly good at it. I'm planning to make some video play-throughs of Kirby's Avalanche soon. But yeah, I never really knew about the patterns that were there, I usually just played and got accustomed to the gameplay and such.

Xkeeper - Yeah, those were the times.

I hope I can secure a copy of Puyo Puyo 15th for the DS via import or something like that. Not only did I hear and see for myself how good the AI is in it, but online play certainly is pretty sweet. Certainly aren't gonna get it out of PPF for the PC without paying now.

That's Tsuu with the 5-row bonus.

Sun and above took that rule out.

There's a thread on gaming on Sun for the PC, Waddler; you might wanna check that.

Thanks for the heads-up. I took a small look at it, and prompted me to post that thread to the Puyo Puyo fangame, but I should certainly check it out. Actually knowing what the characters are saying certainly makes it more interesting, curse my lack of linguistic skills.

Every of us has a ⑨ inside.
----------------------------
Tsuu is the only one I can play

In normal you can't counter

In SUN whenever I have a chain done ALL YOUR BOARD IS BELONG TO SUN PUYOS YOU HAVE NO CHANCE TO SURVIVE NOR MAKE YOUR CHAIN

In Yon special attacks

In Fever if in the chain there is a color of puyo I can't use to trigger the chain, my puyos will be of that color

In 15th underwater

Tsuu is a very good Puyo Puyo game, it's the reason why I got so interested in Puyo from then on, and also the catalyst to my progress. Before the game, I was only doing 4-5 chains at best. After a year of playing Tsuu, I was doing twice that with ease. It had the awesome countering skill, which certainly gave the game a bit more to it, because getting a 5 chain meant death to the other player in the first game. It was also the reason why I only stuck with 4-5 chains, because it would get the job done 9 times out of ten.

How controversial. My skeptical nature kind of makes me a little hard to believe that though.
