Seems they're going with a Mana Khemia styled plot (in terms of no "ono the world is doomed")

June 25th is almost here.

But hold off importing that title...

Gust might just be thinking of taking this one stateside...that would be the second Atelier to make it stateside other than Iris.

On JP version:

One thing that should be noted is that the game is full of game breaking bugs.
- Random resets/freezes at the end of battle, when organizing items, accepting quests, etc...
- At one point in the game there is an event where they force you to cook something. Not having enough ingredients for at least one food item will leave you stuck at that point.
- At a certain location running from battle makes Rorona's skirt transparent.
- Fortune cookie bug that can cause your character to have game breakingly high stats.

Maybe it really is Gust fucking up a lot of these.

No, that would be an easter egg. Not a bug. That's how you get around having to say you messed up.

Again, you simply say that's fanservice.

- Random resets/freezes at the end of battle, when organizing items, accepting quests, etc...
- At one point in the game there is an event where they force you to cook something. Not having enough ingredients for at least one food item will leave you stuck at that point.

These should be on NISA's bug list if they bring this over. Which means they either:

A) Won't be fixed at all;
B) Will be fixed, but if the right criteria's met then the game will get confused and crash;
C) Will be fixed, but will introduce another potentially game-breaking bug later on.

Dunno about the JP versions, but Atelier Iris and Mana Khemia had quite a few slowdowns in the game, and had some freezing spots.
