I know Nintendo made Mario minigames and levels playable with one.

FPSes probably wouldn't work though. :x

I've found that opinion on the .hack games is pretty divided... either you like them or hate them, there's no middle ground.

I don't think I can sink my teeth into a FOUR-GAME SERIES, though... and that's just the first game.

I'm not...that's too much messing around with seven games.

Maybe if I didn't half a dozen other RPGs that still need massively beaten into the ground.

But isn't it the same game over and over again spread out over multiple volumes?

I mean, if you don't like Game 1 in the series I really doubt you'd want to do the whole thing over again and again and again.
