The four adventurers were still struggling to keep their items safe from Croco and his Crooks...

William whaled at Croco again, striking him with a critical Superstrike for 9 damage.

Darkdata's Ice did just 2 more damage to the first Crook...

Darkdata realized the power of Ice Lv2!
Ice Lv.2 - 4SP - Launch a stronger ice attack that has a higher freeze chance.

Sukasa, eager to try his new and improved Fire attack, launched an impressive fireball at Croco for 8 more damage.

Kattwah wound up and sent a level-2 Kattystrike at the third Crook, knocking him into the wall for 13 more damage. The Crook didn't get back up...


Croco, still wobbly, saw the damage Kattwah did to one of his henchmen and got angry... Turning towards Kattwah, he charged in his direction.

...or he thought he did, until he met the wall face-to-...well, wall.

Croco slid down the wall, having taken 9 damage from the encounter...

The second Crook tossed the Mushroom he had stolen to Croco, healing him for 10 HP, while the first Crook stole Sukasa's only remaining Syrup...

William clinched his stomach and started laughing at the dazed croc. He fell to the floor in sheer laughter.

William: Oh you crazy crazy Croco!

William stood up, still laughing at Croco's misfortune.

William: Whoo! What a great stress reliever for me! Well, better do something now.

William tossed a Syrup at Sukasa.

William: You could use it. Pfft! The wall.

William laughed again as he sliced his sword towards the dazed Croco.

Kattwah breaks out into laughter as Croco crashes into a wall, leaning on his hammer to keep his balance

Kattwah: Oh gooooooood, I didnt realize that... that... using that would make this fight so ENTERTAINING...

But perhaps enough fooling around... I dont think things have been shaken up enough...

He ditches his trusty hammer for a pair of rather comically oversized gloves and with a grin, leaps high into the air and comes crashing back down with his first MEGATON PUNCH

With enough health to last him another turn before healing was going to become a necessity, Sukasa charged up and unleashed another Fireball Lv.2 at Croco (if he was still standing, or else Crook #2).

Croco had provided entertainment for the four adventurers, but their laughter made him even angrier...

Croco: OOH! Youse guys are goin' ta GET IT!

The four continued to try to knock the bandits out...

William used a Syrup on Sukasa, helping him restore 10 FP, before slashing Croco for 3 damage.

Kattwah jumped into the air and smashed into the floor, sending shock waves through the ground... The bandits were all shaken up some by them: Croco took 3 damage, Crook 1 took 4 damage, and Crook 2 took 4 damage.

Sukasa sent a large fireball Croco's way, scorching him for 11 damage and sending him, reeling, to the ground...

Darkdata Eriol sent a chilling Ice blast towards Crook 1, but it only did 2 damage to it...


Croco, lying on the ground in a daze, felt the LifeShroom he got from the Mystery reviving him...

Somewhat refreshed and no longer dizzy, he stood back up.

Croco: Hah! You guys can't keep me down!

Rummaging through his bag, Croco pulled out a black armband and put it around his wrist.

Croco: This oughta help a little...

The Crooks tried stealing more from Sukasa, but all they could get from him was a Mystery item...

After Croco's taunts, William promptly knocked the crocodile down again with a well-placed knock on his head.

Croco: "YEOWCH!"

Croco took 3 damage from the strike.

Darkdata and Kattwah both recovered some FP with their Syrups, but drinking them took longer than expected...they couldn't attack this turn.
(OOC: Remember, healing yourself is a full-turn action! Healing a teammate is not, though...)

Sukasa sent another blast of Fire at Croco, dealing him 8 damage and setting his tail alight once again.



Croco, this time ignoring his tail fire (though taking 5 damage from it), turned his rage to Kattwah.

Croco: "Okay, that's IT! Take this!!"

Pulling a small anvil from his bag, he chucked it at Kattwah....

With a loud crunch, Kattwah took the full force of the hit...he took 20 damage, leaving him clinging to his life...

The first Crook used its stolen Mystery item on Croco, healing him with the Mushroom inside, while the second Crook attacked Darkdata, dealing him 6 damage with a whack from its bag.

William charged up for another Superstrike at the deranged crocodile. It was probably a better idea to take care of the henchmen first, but... you know... it was perfect for William since he was right there anyway.

I mean, why walk when you can kill stuff anyway?

Ninetales, hearing a crunch, was startled by the noise...

Ninetales: "Kattwah! Are you alright? What's going on out there?"

From within Kattwah's bag, Ninetales couldn't see much of anything going on...

Kattwah sat down with a snack, regaining 30 HP from the SuperShroom.

William wound up for a SuperStrike, but found its power dulled by Croco's Black Band...

Croco: "Oho! Now you see what this does? No critical hits for youse guys!"

He still hit for 5 damage.

Darkdata sent a chilling blast at the first Crook, hitting it for 2 damage.

Sukasa launched another torrent of flame at the second Crook, hitting it for 9 damage and burning it.



Croco, taking 5 more damage from his burn, reached into his bag for something more to throw at the four...

Croco: "Here comes another one for ya's!"

He pulled out another object and threw it at Kattwah...

...

Kattwah looked down to find Croco's wallet lying in his lap.

Croco: ...wha?!

Racing over to retrieve his wallet, Croco struggled with Kattwah for it. He eventually got it back, but not until after Kattwah had nicked 50 coins from it!

The first Crook ran behind Kattwah in the confusion and landed a bop with its bag, knocking him for 6 damage, while the second Crook expired from its burn...

He then shrugged. His eyes began following a weird object though. Once it became clear, William chuckled. However when he went to look at Croco to say something witty regarding lost cash, the nutjob was already heading towards Kattwah.

William: ...what's he powered by, a Chevrolet movie theater?

He moved to Kattwah and swung at the crook.
