I knew it was Hitler's birthday, because it's also the anniversary of the Columbine Massacre (not a coincidence). I know that it's the anniversary of the Columbine Massacre, because I remember everyone making a bid deal about it being 4/20 at school that same day before I came home and saw the news.

4/20 isn't for actual potheads. Potheads don't need a special occasion to smoke pot, and it not like they have any concept of dates, anyway.

There was a massive shortage of students in my first period class today. I didn't really think twice about it but then people started saying that it was because it was "pot day" today. I remember people at my school talking about this last year, I don't think I have any classes without a person that you can point out as someone who takes interest in drugs

I mean, it's not like alcohol doesn't account for over 100,000 deaths per year (including drunk driving), and that weed accounts for, like... zero deaths per year (unless mixed with other substances). It's also not like alcohol can tear apart families and ruin lives, and marijuana usually does not.

It's also not like people tend to limit the amount they smoke. Just like with drinking. It's not like people can't just smoke a bowl-pack once a week, or less often, just as someone may only drink one or two beers within an equal time period. Heavens, no.

This comparison fails because drinking is legal, while weed isn't. Also, much more people drink than smoke weed, really.

Nope, I never said that drinking is safer. Personally I would rather drink than smoke. Reasons being: 1) I have asthma. Smoke could cause an asthma attack. 2) Booze is easier to get than pot. Of course I do have friends who smoke it, so it wouldn't be that hard, but I'd rather drink at a bar and hang out, then hide away at home smoking pot and worried that a cop might knock at my door. 3) Not in the mood to waste money on more food. Trying to eat less actually. And who says that pot can't ruin lives? I'm sure there's been heaps of arguments between friends and family over pot. Same as booze. I know I people who smoke everyday. Can't say that I know people who drink every---wait, Nick might. When I was younger, I remember that my dad used to frequent the bar after work. One morning, I walked into the back yard and towards the side yard and I found my dad on the grass sleeping and near his own vomit. Now I don't remember my age and I don't know if he knows that I saw him like that, but shortly after he stopped going to the bar. I also remember when I was little and my mom was at the neighbors playing Uno. I was playing with a girl my own age, but the thing that I remember most, is the smell of pot. Not the smartest thing to do with young kids around and I've always had the suspicion that my mother may have smoked pot when I in the womb. Never really brought it up though. At any rate, no matter the vice your prefer, it all comes down to moderation. I know when to stop drinking. And if I know I'll be drinking a lot, I;m usually either at home or at a close friend's, and I always have a sober driver with me. Like I said, I have friends who smoke pot. I don't tell them to stop because they are free to do what they want, as can I. Now if it comes down to abuse, then I may say something. I'm actually for legalizing pot. Other countries allow it, why not here? Yes, strict rules should be in place, like not smoking in a public/indoor place and the likes. Oh and on the quote, I agree with the legal part, because sober or not, I'm no where near sane. ____________________

There were a bunch of slobby white kids on stage in the Union square pretending to be Jamaican and singing about how they did nothing all day but do drugs. They were blasting the music so loud I had to cover my ears. I didn't figure out why until I got back to my room.

I am personally against recreational drugs of all kinds, but I'm not the kind to go around preventing others from using them. It's none of my business. However, I do feel obligated to warn the people I love of the potential consequences of their actions.

I have hobbies and drawing and friends to keep my happy, and I certainly don't want to be using stuff that messes up my mind and could get me arrested.

I just got done ripping a huge one. White Rhino, and currently drinking a beer.

Not that I am exclaiming myself to be *High as fuck* right now. But you know. I rarely do this kinda thing, and plus it's fun.

4:20 PM has just passed. And this beer is mighty tasty. The Bong won by the way.

Also, today is Earth Day, I went and applied at GMC (Georgia Military Community College), which is a college in Georgia. I did all of my paperwork on the computer to save paper. Not to mention I planted a nice tomato plant garden in my back yard. It's going to make some nummy sammiches here soon.

Also, I am pretty chill while posting. So I won't make any errors or do something stupid here on JUL.
