7-8 hours for me.

If I stay up long enough for the sun to come up (common in the summer) it freaks me out.

I've been having sleep trouble for the past little bit because I just got off Seroquel. Stay up until 1 every night, and THEN I get to sleep with my usual morning bitching at 8:30, when I have to be across town at school at 9. And I can't be trusted to just go anywhere on my own unless I have my own reason to go there, and I have no reason to go to school. =D
