As in, the one you prefer, and you use, since that's the most intriguing.

Me, I use these:

My demands aren't really high. All I need is a basic keyboard:

and a standard mouse (preferably Logitech):

My mouse pad is kickass, though.

For mouse I just need something simple and effective:

But when it comes to keyboards then I want the ultimate top notch keyboard:

This keyboard is both durable, small and really really comfortable. Best keyboard I have ever used!

Both are a bit extravagant but I imagine they'll both be working for years and years.

We weren't even testing for that.

As for the keyboard any keyboard will do (although I prefer PS/2 over USB), but I prefer laser mice, as optical mice spazz out after a while and ball mice, while robust and nice, are not really avaliable anymore.

I've got a wired keyboard and wireless mouse setup from Microsoft. I've had a Compaq keyboard that was wired that lasted me a good long time (eight years) and then I went with a wireless Microsoft keyboard and that sucked and then stuck with this wired one.

I had a Logitech MX5 and then ended up to be complete shit and ended up breaking easily. I'm a Logitech fan as well but the breakability of some of their things nowadays is ridiculous...they used to make a decent product back in the day.

Mice searchers should take a look at this next month for $39.95...

Here's mine. It's pretty much just a normal wireless keyboard and mouse although I really like them .

I've got the exact same set, although my keyboard's wired, and both have a different color scheme.

I prefer a keyboard that makes nice satisfying clicking sounds when I type.

I know they all click, but with lot of them it's sort of dull and muted.

This and my standard lappy keyboard. The mouse has gone on the blitz recently. I'll get a new one when I can afford one. Not an amazing setup, but it's decent for the money that was put into it.

Cheapo wired keyboard/wireless mouse combo.

Keyboard also has this random tendency to flake out (i.e., behaves as though the shift key/alt key is held down when it isn't), and the media keys have sunken into the keyboard.

Laptop, so keyboard is integrated.

Mouse:

It's quite small yet even with my big hands, I have no trouble with it.

I actually prefer smaller mice. Not to the extreme, as with those 'travel mice, for notebooks. I don't see how anyone uses those thins comfortably =/

You need a specific driver, if one even exists, that will parse the codes sent by those keys. Windows by default is programmed only to accept standard keypresses.

I just have a standard un-fancy keyboard I got 3 years ago, it came with my old computer and has seen over 20 million keystrokes (and that's not counting the time before I installed Whatpulse) It doesn't even have media keys.

As for a mouse, it's an extremely generic Logitech mouse with 2 buttons and a scroll wheel. That's about it.
