We would try to give a discount for open games, but we would get in trouble for it.

Not surprising... then again, I'm sure a LOT of retail stores run some sort of practice along those lines. There is such a thing as "employee perks".

I wonder if the company will try to get rid of the checkout policy. And if so, how many people will actually follow it and how many people will leave. I knew people who worked there just to check out games.

I thought we got sued for this years ago. I remember them cutting off check-outs for a while back in high school. Maybe that was locally and not federally. *shrug*
