Slide-screen + touch-screen + two thumbsticks.

Whether it's called PSP2 or 4000 series...dunno.

Where are the shoulder buttons? I don't see them on there unless they've put buttons on the backside. Other than that, doesn't look like it would be very comfortable to hold. Too rectangular. Not sure I like the slide-screen idea. Doesn't look like it gives the up and triangle buttons a lot of finger clearance.

Still, it's just an early rumor and that's not final design or anything so we'll see how it turns out.

Looks like the shoulder buttons might be on either side at the top, if the small rectangular buttons say anything. They've had a few design images out over at least the last year...so you're probably right about final design against that beta image.

Didn't notice those rectangular buttons. Either way, they look uncomfortably placed and kind of small actually.

That looks rather uncomfortable to hold and/or to carry around. It also looks too big to fit in a pocket... We'll see what they show us on E3.

I foresee many broken screens in the future.

That was another thing I noticed. The screen is so big and yet there's no protection for it. I can see them easily getting scratched or broken.

Could also be a thick glass. I mean my Samsung Blackjack II is built like that.

In that case, I foresee many scratched screens. Which already happens with the PSP, so no biggie, I guess.

I guess you guys have kind of missed the original PSP, which had no protection whatsoever?...

Mine still works fine, with minimal scratching, even with it being in my pocket all the time.

Too bad that's still just a fan-made mockup, though. :\
