Eh? You must live inland or something... fish is the most delicious of all meats, but only when it's fresh. (Ideally, don't buy fish from a restaurant if you can't see the ocean from the restaurant)

Freshwater fish is good too. I'm vegetarian now, but earlier fish was my second meat of choice, after chicken.

Yeah I wouldn't eat fish unless you're within ocean or lake distance or the place you're eating at says they catch their own fish daily or something. The further inland you go, the more apprehensive about eating it you should be.

Don't think I've had tuna steaks but I know I've had swordfish steaks. Those are pretty awesome. My mom's salmon cakes are pretty great too.

Ah, homemade burger. I've had one of those before, but tonight was not that. Instead, tonight's supper (made by parent) was refried beans with Hamburger Helper macaroni, slices of cheese and Fritos all combined into one. Made a good taco out of it, tasty.
