It says that I'll hit 5K in September, but, yea, at this rate...

...unless something comes up, but when do you think I'll hit 5K?

I think sometime in May is a good prediction as long as you maintain your current trend.

Even if you only averaged 20 posts a day this month, that would still add up to 600...

I don't think you'll keep up this pace forever but I'll take a guess and say the first half of May.

It seems I'm below the threshold to even have an estimate for 5000 post in my profile. I figured it out though, taking leap years into account, I should reach 5000 posts on December 6th, 2112 at 9:33:29 AM EST. Of course that doesn't take into account the time I'll spend away from my computer fighting with the resistance against the robot uprising.

We weren't even testing for that.

Actually it's the Year 2038 problem: your estimated 5000th post is after February 12, 2038, which causes the board to return no date instead.

Ah, I see. It must work by calling localtime (or whatever the php equivalent is) on the seconds since the epoch plus the post per day multiplied by 86400.

For the same reason, you cannot set your birth date earlier than January 1st, 1970.

At rate of ascension, early June.

I see you beating out CPU for posts in later July.

20 posts a day isn't that hard to do, actually.

And you don't have to be here all day to hit it either.

Some of us have to get up at 4:40AM...

Least it's not that heavy of a day. I'm by myself today as it is doing random things. Off-and-on diagnosing this one system that's blue-screened on me but I think I fixed it (bad RAM, I think).

4:40...no thank you. I remember when I had to wake up at 6am and sometimes 7am for work. Hopefully I'll stay apart of the night shift at this job.

I've been getting anywhere from 40 to 43 hours a week. I've been trying to push to get OT ever since I started here.

I've been limited to 40 an hour. They cut hours back since the economy's in a slump.

Personally I'd like to get the absolute maximum of 58 here but they've never let me. At next to 18 an hour for overtime...that would translate very well for a paycheck every week (but it'd be six days a week).

Six days a week to get 58 hours...yea, I would totally do that.
