I can see the DWI, but the driving with a suspended license seems like a bit of a stretch. If you need a valid license for any motorized vehicle you wouldn't be allowed use a riding lawnmower.

I think you do need a license for a riding lawnmower- if you want to use it on a public street.

I guess it vary from state to state. Here in Michigan, you wouldn't need a license to drive a lawnmower on the street, although I believe you have stay on the shoulder just for traffic concerns. Here different vehicles have difference age and license requirements. For instance, up until recently, no license was require for a moped.

While I don't support drunk driving, or drinking, I love that motorized barstool!

I wonder if I can build one...

Yeah, my Mom saw it on TV and said "See, that's the sort of thing you would have."

Possibly, but with Dr. Eggman as my Computer Science teacher (Well not literally, but he has a sort of familiarity) I think I could manage a less thrown together wheeled vehicle. :p

Needs more Tim Allen.

Also...

[Wisconsin] State law prohibits the operation of any kind of motorized vehicle, excluding wheelchairs and mobility scooters, while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to the State Highway Patrol.

So there you go.
