Once again, another child pr0n case going a bit extreme.

This would've been an 18-year-old...this wouldn't have come closer than the account being banned.

That's the main problem with codified laws. In Britain, where they follow the common law system, cases are decided on their own merits, which help avoid such erm.. miscarriages of justice.

I think the problem here is more the distributing part. There's something to be said for not posting such things on the internet (and on MySpace for christ's sake), after all.

(I'd think "indecent exposure" would be a more appropriate charge, but... I'm not a lawyer.)
