| You think that's too many? My mom has 30 open for right now, left open overnight...sometimes it can be as many as 50. And in Firefox to boot. Do you know how high the Memory gets from having fifty tabs open in Firefox from one window(hers) and ten more in another(mine)? That's why I went to Opera, saves a lot of memory it looks like. And this is on windows?  wow...i mean i run firefox on two different windows installations and they end up the same way. The only plugin I have is firebug. interesting. |

| Hmm...I have a Quadcore with 4GiB of ram, but my lappy is Core2Duo with 2GiB of ram with the same consumption...weird
But yeah, as for tabs, I was sad how the gurus at Firefox moved the omnipotent closing tab button on to individual tabs in the change from 1.5 to 2. Makes me wonder, if there is a way to move it back? |
