Wondering how healthy Acmlmboarders are. Granola and spinach? Or doritos and surge?


Personally, I eat very healthy most of the time - my breakfast is usually a turkey/spinach pita wrap, I drink tons of water, and I make stir-fries with lots of vegetables for most dinners. But if I'm really busy, I'll have stretches where I eat just pasta, or eat way too many cookies, so I'm not ultra-healthy.

Depends really. Usually things from cheese, pasta, pizza, buffalo chicken and so on. And breakfast (pancakes, waffles, breakfast pizzas...).

Unfortunately, not much.

When it comes to the "healthier" things, I absolutely love granola. It's best to keep the stuff away from me if it's for multiple people...

I can also eat plenty of bread, too. I kinda have a soft spot for pretzels as well, but I don't quite know where those stand...

Breakfast is usually corn flakes and then rice with beans and chicken for the other meals, every single day. As for drinks, only Iced Tea, orange juice and water for me.

When there's no rice, the other option is usually pasta.

Breakfast is always corn flakes, while lunch can be anything from noodles over chicken and rice to potatoes. For dinner, I just look what's in the fridge.

My diet has gone down the toilet as of late, eating nothing but ramen and taco bell supreme tacos The only remnant of my great diet is the occassional banana or apple I would use as a snack, otherwise it is pringles or shrimp flavored chips

so, yeah no breakfast and a pathetic excuse of a meal

I like to eat as healthy as I can because I am very self-conscious about my weight (blame dad...)... plus it will make me live a longer life. I eat a balanced diet when I can...I try to get in my pyramid. But of course I'm only human...I eat snacks and goodies and all kinds of tasty junk thats pretty bad for me too :p just in moderation.. you know, sometimes-foods. Cheeseburgers are my kryptonite however...

I eating habits aren't that great . My breakfast usually consists of a few pieces of cereal, everyday for the last 3 years my lunch has consisted of a Nutella sandwich, chips, and a fruit cup (and sometimes a panzarotti bought from the school cafeteria [which might as well be renamed "deep fried heart attack"]), and dinner is quite random as it can be anything from spaghetti to hamburgers to salad .

I think the healthiest thing I eat is Subway sandwiches. Otherwise, my diet consists of pizza, Lunchables, hot dogs, and candy. ;

As good as possible. Junk when I get home at night, stuff like sandwiches, vegetables and granola bars at work.

I'm *SO* tempted to pig out at lunch one day, though... a slice of pizza and a poutine. *drools*

This is true...when I was biking and was living with my father/stepmother...she cooked Weight Watchers based stuff. I biked constantly but from when I started living there to when I got done with them I was down to 185, down from 210.

Course now I'm at 215...
