I have 4 tabs at all times, then others opened as they are needed. I very rarely have more than 10 open though.

I'm just too lazy to close all mine, when I get overrun I end the opera.exe process and start fresh.

I'd do that too if I didn't actually need my tabs saved. But yeah, Opera taking a decade to close normally is absolutely annoying.
