I had to cut back on the orange juice. One week I did a calculation of how many calories I was consuming every day, and it turned out that orange juice accounted for more than half of my diet. ____________________

I never really look at calories in general, it was a one-week thing to see what I could do to improve what I ate. Though now I've been looking at nuval scores. It got me to switch from chicken to turkey, but that's about it. ____________________

I can't stand Coke since I found out about that. I mean, it's passable if there's NOTHING else around, but danm.

Give me a grape soda or some milk, and I'm happy. I like Propel too, though I end up getting the packets more often. I miss the Berry flavor

Grape soda - unless it's REALLY good - tastes like cough syrup to me with some added sugar.

I think the MOST I've ever drank in one day was 4 cans of Coke, and that was throughout the day and not in one sitting. Usually I have one, *MAYBE* two.

Along with an apple juice, another assorted fruit drink and an iced tea at work. Oh yes.

I work we have access to a soda fountain and juice, so I don't have to worry about paying to get a drink while at work. I mostly drink OJ at work, unless I'm in the mood for fruit punch or if I'm in the break room. Since there's on OJ in the break room, I tend to have pink lemonade. ____________________

Actually there are fruit juice machines as well and I've never had a problem with the machine being empty. I wonder why.

I drank 6 cans of Coke pretty much every day on my summer vacation back in 2006. This is how it went:

1: Had one for breakfast.
2. Had one for lunch.
3. Had one for afternoon snack along with some junk food.
4. Had one for supper.
5. Had one for another snack around 8-9PM.
6. Had one for a midnight snack.

This explains why I gained close to 20 pounds over the break for doing that along with all the other crap I ate.

I cut back since then.

I'm a mostly-all-water freak. I pop in a couple sodas or some other drink from time to time, but it's mostly just a couple of H's and an O. :|

I used to go crazy with soda all the time, though. I'd drink four-plus cans a day, several years back...

I drink about three cans of Sprite daily. Not much, I know. =\

However, my mom says the sugar in it is the only thing keeping me alive. I guess it's a good thing there's twenty five cans stacked around my monitor and computer tower.
