From the list, I enjoy Bioshock..wow..that's it?

hmmm...

There's a worst list here.

From that list the ones that I enjoy are Kingdom Hearts, Marvel vs Capcom 2 (lol, it's catchy!!), and Tetris.

I also enjoy Final Fantasy X, IV, IX, Lunar SSSC & Eternal Blue, Xenosaga II..and that's all I can think of right now.

None of the soundtracks that I like were on either of those lists

I really like techno and Japanese style music, I also like faster paced music more than extremely slow songs. It's hard for me to find games that have incredible soundtracks that I like all of the way through. Here are a few soundtracks that I really like:

I might of missed a few. A lot of people probably haven't even heard of most of those games and will probably be in disagreement. That's just the kind of music that I like

The only game I've played on that Best list is F-Zero GX, and I admit I do love the soundtrack. My absolute favorites in the game are Planet Colors (Green Plant) and Gomar & Shioh's Theme. I'm not surprised that Planet Colors made it into Brawl.

Oh ya, I forgot to add Sonic games to my list . Sonic The Hedgehog 1, 2, 3, Knuckles, Adventure 1 & 2 had amazing soundtracks in my opinion

Hmmm

There is a LOT of games.

Touhou in general has great music, notably PCB, and IN.

Sonic Adventure games for sure, as with the Genesis sonic games.

The Zelda games of course have a tendancy towards good music.

Kirby games too.

I'm probably forgetting a whole bunch though.

I've never played the games, but the soundtracks to the Ace Combat series are fantastic.

Also Mana Khemia (which I have played).

I've never been a fan of video game music that sounded like video game music.
As a result, I'm more of a fan of video game music from some of the more recent games (post N64), like FFX, Metroid Prime series, Resident Evil 4, World of Warcraft...
If I had to pick a favorite, I probably wouldn't be able to.

Wow. Out of the good list the only games I've really played are Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, Plok and Secret of Mana. All three have good soundtracks, however; Plok is a pretty hard game but it's kinda underrated and it's a pretty original action game. The other two are self-explanatory and I really should replay those games at some point... Mystic Quest is a pretty fast playthrough, sadly, but at least the music's nice.

The Amiga entries on that list reminded me how I need to play some Amiga games and listen to some soundtracks from that era; there were a lot of people out there who knew what they were doing at that time.

Turrican II and Mega Turrican have to be favorites for me.

Most of the Genesis EA Sports stuff has pretty catchy music, as well, and when it comes to newer games you can't really go wrong with Disgaea and D2...

Lethal Xcess has a couple decent songs too, but I'm probably the only one here who even knows much about Atari ST games.

Out of the "23 amazing soundtracks", the only one I would consider as one of my favorites is Bioshock's. The fact that I lost interest in the game and then regained it after hearing just one song from its soundtrack should be enough to tell how much I enjoy it.

...I would put a list of my favorite soundtracks here, but that would rquire a major bump to the thread by the time I would decide on that list.
