Took me about... Maybe 10-20 hours to do? I'm not sure. Anyway, this is obviously Mario. Made out of paper (actually, it's cardstock, but whatever floats your boat). Cutting wasn't so hard, but gluing up sure was fun. Especially the hat... It took me four to five tries to get the damn thing right.
As you can see, the feet are... crooked. Blame the awkwardly-folded legs.
And, uh. Yeah. Now I'm done, and I have very little to do now...

Thanks. I used a toothpick for applying glue, and an X-Acto knife for cutting and holding hard-to-reach tabs in place while waiting for the glue to dry.

There were no tabs on it, so I didn't glue it... 
Mario's head also had hair all over, so why should the hat be glued down if details went that far?

Haha, cute. I had to look up what you meant by "balrog". Balrog from Street Fighter (outside of Japan) came to mind, so I got confused. A strange enemy from Cave Story... I need to play that some time.

I was just thinking about the amount of time it took me to do this... I started last Tuesday, and spent at least one hour doing this until today. If this is true, then I spent at least a total of six hours, and 15-17 at most. :|

Heh, thanks. That's a strange comparison, by the way. Drawing him is harder... All you really do is cut out the printed patterns, fold, glue, and assemble. It's just time-consuming and can get difficult at times... But I still think drawing is harder.
