So, hypothetically.

Say, 20 years from now, I offer you a large (~1300 square feet) apartment suite in my undersea fortress. Utilities, including fast internet, more electricity than I could hope you possibly need, heat/cooling, and air are included.

About how much per month would you be willing to pay as rent?

Rent is different in different places. In Maryland, 500 a month is half a room. In upstate New York, 500 a month is a small suite. In my home town, you could probably get a house for that.

Location matters.
