If I can get to sleep before that switch (which I doubt, but I am not a fortune teller) then hell yes. I still hate it, but I'll never argue with the possibility of getting more sleep.

Arizona doesn't follow it according to my time zone tool at work. I'm sure there's a few other scattered places who don't, and I'm convinced those places just like to screw with other people.
I only fixed my watch today at work. But only because I want to keep the watch as close to work time as possible.

I don't let the adjustment screw with anything I'm doing, however. I just treat things as if they didn't change. Seems to make the adjustment seamless for me...
