can anybody tell me how i can add custom bossers to new super mario bros level editer and whats wrong with the graphics when you go 16x16 zoomed in grf

First you make the boss. To do that you need patience and the ability to learn a programming language. Then you find some free space in the rom, slap the boss in, change the coding of the editor to allow it to place the boss in a level, etc, etc.
