Now they're brainwashing parents to send their gay children to a camp where they can be "cured", as if homosexuality were a problem.
The fact that there's a camp for gay people and children are being obligated to go in the first place is a pure retardation.

That's nothing new... To start off, homosexuality isn't something 'normal.' It's an abnormality of the human body. Even science states this. That does not mean they're not thinking, living human beings... They very much are, and are to be treated as such. If there's a way for the person to be 'cured' of it and the parents see fit to it then it's definitely alright. I have to say though... Some people should have enough sense to know that the 'Love of Jesus Christ' is not going to shit to nobody's sexual orientation... In other words, fuck the fundies! They ruin everything!

I'm trying to get this guy to stop going by the public school definition of homosexuals. It's running rampant throughout the US is really quite bothersome to talk to people who have been taught it. -They're just like you and me! (Period. End of story. No explanation.)-

That and I was explaining that if there's some form of treatment that the parents would like the child to undergo, I see nothing wrong with that, but anything like this... Hell no... Not gonna' work.

This statement sums it up pretty well.

They're not "curing" anything, they're brainwashing people into trying to be something they're not.



But at the same time, there are probably lots of people who hide it to begin with, and would see this as a way to solidify or at least improve this lie. It would definately look attractive to people wanting to escape persecution for something they were born with.

When I say treatment, I mean medical or psychological. I see nothing wrong with it. What I frown on are camps like these. They're like fat camps but only prone to failing even more.

I actually have a friend who was sent to a camp for an issue he had. His experiences there actually made things worse. Luckily he came back in piece and got some psychological help.
