Yep, new version... well, new in the sense that it was released today. The previous version had a bug for non-Japanese fonts that would mess up the spacing and other things.

This one fixes that and some others.

The Japanese version was updated to 0.99 beta, the English version is still on 0.98 beta 02.

Yes, but it's a tile editor. Do you really need the interface in English?

Granted some parts are a bit confusing, but almost all of the features can either be crossrefrenced with the old version of just figured out
