Oh we're not being jerks.

But you can't run a joke into the ground like that and stretch the length of the thread like you did with the last post.

First time: funny. Second time: not so funny.

Time when Xk threatens a ban and pulls out the facepalm: You know it's not funny anymore and you don't cross the boss.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but I still have almost twenty million frog coins from that little messup with "The Data".

Going to be doing this anyways, and see if I can break that twenty million =D (I only need ~~about two thousand or so~~ one thousand and four)

DOWNLOAD MATERIAL AND SCRIPTS:
Emulator
Savestate, Lua script, example movie
ROM (P/W: uhohroms)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Download the Emulator package and extract it to wherever you see fit. The other archives are meant to go into the same folder. Be advised that the ROM archive is password protected.

From this point, you'll need to run the emulator, adjust the configuration and keys to your playing style and then run the KI ROM. From there, load the LUA script, the the state and start a movie. Beat the challenge and end the recording. Send it off to Tina in a RAR file such that the following is true:

"ki-(username).rar"

In my situation it would be "ki-Nao.rar". Make sure that your movie is also named as such. It will make it easier on us to compare them so that they aren't lost in the shuffle.

Aside from that, no re-records - no bitching - no whining - no baww - no cheating. If you are going for trophies on your runs and succeed, great! Please let Tina know that you completed these upon sending it in so we can verify this. If you don't state this YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT! It is of your responsibility to tell us if you have done so since we won't take the active time to compare EVERY movie to see if you've done something or not. That would wear us out.

Lastly, have fun! We're here to have some fun with this so do your best and kick some ass.

TIPS

On this particular one, I would advise playing through the game once or twice if you're not quite used to it. There are difficulty settings in the OPTIONS and one of them is PRACTICE on the lowest setting (but keep in mind this is on the default 4). Not only that, but there is a PRACTICE mode to where you can practice on a dummy player with combos and whatnot.

If you want to go for some of the higher up combo-based trophies, I would advise looking at the GameFAQs tutorials. Most of this system is fairly simple but can be fairly difficult once the mastery of combos comes into full force.

True beginners may enjoy using Cinder the most. Forward-Forward + Y button mash.
