Probably my long standing favorite variant is Super Bombliss. It's followed behind by either Super Tetris 3, Tetris Attack or Tetris the Grandmaster (any)...and I'm not sure which is better than the next in those.

Having open-source games like HEBORIS on the PC really help.

I love Tetris DS to peices but the originals are still my favorite. I was playing GB Tetris in class today (boring lecture

), I just wish there was a DECENT GBA Tetris out there, it would be so much easier to just bring my GBA micro around

So I guess in order my favorites are GB Tetris/SNES Tetris (the one with Dr. Mario!), Tetris DS, and Tetris Blast.
