I especially hate waking up to a back or neck ache...or both sometimes.

I haven't had a neck ache waking up in a long time. Same for back ache, which is a good thing, because when I get a back ache, I'm usually stuck in bed with pain. It hits me hard.

I bent over funny a couple days ago and got hit with a nice zing of pain up my back.
Now it hurts to yawn.
Ah well, it usually takes a couple days to go away.

I always have back and neck aches. I think it's due to the way i sit in bed on the computer. I don't get very much support....

Oh I love waking up with a dead arm because you slept on it. Having to physically move it out of the way... good times, yes.

(Thankfully it's a rare occurrence.)

Personally, I just roll out of bed entirely. Annoying to no end.

I don't either!

Worst thing that happens when I'm asleep? I bleed all over the bed. I sometimes wake up with a headache, though...

It's even better when you think you're moving it, but it's still laying there beside you.

I'll wake up with my foot or arm completely asleep all the time, but I'd rather have that than waking up with a charlie horse.

I've always had a problem with nosebleeds. Its always fun when I have a nosebleed in my sleep. I'll either wake up gaging on a blood clot, or in a pool of blood depending on what position I was sleeping in.

I have to use a kids-ish bed, I simply will not fall asleep on the traditional spring kind.

(Also testing this layout)

The bed I have at home is the same bed that I had back in first grade when we first moved into that house. Aside from being a bit squeaky, it's still a great bed. The one I have here is only four years old (or more?) and is also squeaky, but I've only had it for a few months.

And I've never had nosebleeds in my sleep. If I ever do get a nosebleed at night, I always seem to instantly wake up with a sense of danger a second or two before it starts to bleed. I don't know why, but I don't mind.

I sleep on a futon, and I get good enough sleep. But at least once a week, I'll wake up with weird outline markings ALL OVER my body.

I've got a regular Queen size. It's nice but it's fairly old and one of these days I should seriously invest in a better mattress and box springs as well as the pieces underneath. Just a whole new set.

The only problem is it's next to a grand for a decent setup or better.

I sleep on a Twin.

Back home, I think it was a Queen-size one...

I've got a standard dorm twin bed. The mattress kinda sucks because it slopes down at the head of the bed so to sleep, I need to be on two pillows. Thank god I brought one from home, my neck would be toast by now if I hadn't.

Eh. My bed's one of those air-filled ones (sleep number?) but I hardly ever actually change the number, aside from when I was sleeping on it at 05 (which was pretty much all but deflated )

As for pillows, I have 3 + 1 body pillow... lately I can't seem to find a way to sleep that is comfortable. :\

Oh my god, Kattwah's layout works!
--------------------------------

I sleep on a couch with a very flat pillow.

Hooray for low budgetness.

At home I use 3 pillows, one for the head, one on either side of me. I don't know exactly, why but I just like the configuration. Plus I find that it helps me sleep to have a pillow between my legs.
