They just need to shoot them already and put it out of its misery. Sega's got nothing worth looking forward to anymore. They're not even a tenth of what they used to be...

Wow. And to think just a while ago I had read something that seemed to imply something entirely different.

At this point I have to agree with Hiryuu... Just put them out of their misery already.

They were better when they were a first-party developer...
It's almost like they don't care anymore.

That's exactly what I think they are thinking! Have you heard about the new Sonic game coming out where he uses a sword?

Hmm...

You know, if they're going to do nothing but rip off other games...

...

I'm not going to complain. I'd certainly prefer another Sonic Unleashed over another Sonic Heroes. Or Sonic '06. Or Shadow.

You know, Famitsu just gave Sonic Unleashed for 360/PS3 a score of 34/40 (9/9/9/7).

Thing is that we can say Sega might be feeling the pinch right now but so are most companies... well, except for Activision Blizzard who posted HUGE profits today and have about $3 billion in the bank.

One of these things is not like the other.

For the record, SEGA could be turning around their Sonic games.

But then again, it might be a godsend if they die. Then there would be no Sonic Team, but doubtless someone would acquire the rights.

Think! Only teams better than Sonic team making Sonic games! Heck, the guys who split off from the original team could work on one... ..and at their leisure! (Since it was the 'make one Sonic game after another' attitude which made them split originally)
