Why?

I don't drink soda anymore, so I'm outta luck there, but why wash it down?

Increased effect with those two add-ons.

If you've done something like that before, you'd know.

I'd also like to point out that part of my brother's love of spicy stuff comes from the fact he probably burned off some of the nerves in his tongue and can't feel weaker spices. We are always wary when we ask him if a dish is spicy. If he says no, we approach with caution. If he says it's a little spicy, we are extra careful.

Lay's Old Fashioned BBQ (only in Quebec, yay!) and Humpty Dumpty BBQ chips are as far as I'll go in terms of spicy - and they're fairly hot chips.

I work in an office with many different cultures so trust me, I know spicy.

Something about it being called "humpty dumpty", I just can't take it seriously.

UPS says it delivered.

I should have ultra-hot chili tonight.

Oh DAMN this shit is hot...

They sent the sauce, a mousepad, a bag of Chipotle chips and a bag of XXX Hot Habanero chips. The XXX Hot bag was killer...2 oz bag was enough to make me hallucinate slightly with my nasal passages completely cleared from it.

Ooh, the walls are melting again...

Anya: Well, Humpty Dumpty was bought by Old Dutch so all the chips are under that name now... except the BBQ flavor is still advertised as "Old Dutch BBQ with Humpty Dumpty flavor".

Hey, it could be worse - we have Yum Yum chips. My mom refuses to buy those after she saw an investigative report on TV about child prostitution in Thailand - guess what "Yum Yum" is.

I'm getting the other end of it this morning.

Doesn't help that I'm also a little sick (it's not from this, guarantee it, had something since Thursday).

You know, I'd say that you've learned your lesson but that would be foolish of me to assume.

Make that big bowl of chili yet?

Practically inhaled it.

...Okay, not really. Had the whole thing served over two days. Best chili ever made. Only thing that would've made it better is if the base would've been Chili Man chili...but they don't can that down here...only in Illinois and the surrounding area...

Oh well, at least I can make semi-decent chili from scratch.

Not an utter fan of spicy stuff, but I have a good tolerance to it. I can definitely enjoy it once in a while, but I can't have it too often or I end up tired of it

We used to have these really small red pepper in our house. These things were powerful enough to make most "I CAN TAKE SPICY STUFF" people cry.

Now we wish we could find them again (so each summer we buy new hot pepper to grow).

All of this to say that, while I won't go for hot sauce all the time, I can handle it =P

So the other day I take out the hot sauce for some tacos. I was going to take a picture of it, but meh.

This is the stuff that I used. Good stuff.

TABASCO Chipotle is goodgodgood. Definitely something that gives a nice kick and definitely one of the favorites that I've ever tried.

To compare, double or triple the heat of that and you basically have what I downed in that Death Sauce.

Then I need to try that stuff, because what I have isn't hot to me.

Re-link.

All told, it was 15 bucks with the shipping...but I got that, a bag of Chipotle chips, a bag of XXX Habanero chips (which was way spicier than the Death Sauce) and a mousepad along with a few paperish tidbits.

I didn't expect the other parts other than the sauce - honestly. Not what I ordered. Oh well.
