This was coming eventually...I kinda half-assed made this thread with the conjunction that I have this coming in. I'm not really one for going out of my way for that kind of stuff...but I REALLY want to make a good bowl of chili at the end of this week.

So anyways...yea I'm a bit of a fanatic.

I use buttloads of cayenne in my italian and southwest cooking... I'm used to really spicy curry recepies so to me spice isn't even a big deal...so I can't say I have a preference D:

The spiciest I'd prefer to handle is mild sauce. I almost never eat Spicy Chex Mix without having to down several bottles of water.

I don't know about many people, but I am quite sensitive.


My brother, however, once drank Taco Bell's Fire sauce straight from the packet. He loves spicy stuff. Which is unfortunate for us.
